We offer a 6-month Hassle-Free Replacement on our Go-Ultra from the date of purchase. This means that if something goes wrong with your device, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. We do require video proof from you, but this will only take up your time because there is no need for return shipping!
You can begin a replacement by contacting us at email@example.com. Once your replacement has been approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your video for a quick replacement. Items returned to us without first requesting a return/replacement will be refused.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Our Go-Ultra is covered by a 6-month Hassle Free Replacement Guarantee.
Refunds (if applicable)
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. The order amount will be refunded in full. After 3 hours our normal replacement rules will apply. We will notify you once your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges/Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our replacement policy ensures that we get you a working product or your money back.
In the case of returned items or rejected parcels we will gladly reship those items back to you but at your cost. This will include any shipping and return shipping. Shipping costs and bumps are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
